  1. My guess is after a stroll along Loch Broom and a climb up and over your stopover tonight will be somewhere at the top end of Strath Beag. I hope you’re suitably refreshed after replenishing your essential bodily fluids in Ullapool.

  2. Enjoy a well deserved rest today, Toby. I’ve just caught up on all your posts. Thank you for sharing your journey like this – I’m in awe!

  3. I’m also in awe. Glad you were sensible and listened to your body. Picking up where you left off restored and refreshed will make it a much better experience. You remain in my prayers daily. Xx

  4. Toby, it’s exhausting just reading your blog! Please take care of yourself, rest and recover in Ullapool. Loved the photo of your tent and the scenery is stunning. But wet. xxx

  5. Well done Toby. Sounds like an experience. Go well on your return to the route. Love Emma and Raphael
